Arsenal have reached a full agreement with Manchester City's left back Oleksandr Zinchenko

Arsenal have reportedly reached a £30million deal for Manchester City left-back Oleksandr Zinchenko, with the Ukrainian currently penning a four-year deal.

Despite Benjamin Mendy's police charges and subsequent club ban, Zinchenko struggled to break into Pep Guardiola's first team last season.

While Joao Cancelo is often preferred at left-back, Zinchenko has been restricted to just 15 Premier League appearances in 2021-22 – 10 of which have come from the first whistle.

Furthermore, with the Premier League champions also in the hunt for Brighton & Hove Albion's Marc Cucurella, Zinchenko is tipped to end his spell in Manchester.

Arsenal were known to be interested in Zinchenko earlier in the transfer window, but speculation about a move to the English capital has cooled as the Gunners have focused on other targets.
